✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

✖ Worn or damaged shoes
✖ Items marked “Final Sale”
✖ Products without original box

How to Return

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

• Select “Request Return” under your order
• For guest purchases, use our Return Portal

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

• Include completed return form
• Use original shoe box (double-box recommended)
• Attach prepaid label (U.S. customers)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

• Drop off at any UPS location (U.S.)
• International: Use tracked shipping (customer-paid)
• Allow 7-10 business days for processing

Refund Details

• Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receipt
• Refund Method: Original payment
• Deductions:
  • Original shipping costs (unless defective)
  • $8.95 restocking fee for non-faulty returns
