How to Return
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
- Include completed return form
- Use original shoe box (double-box recommended)
- Attach prepaid label (U.S. customers)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Drop off at any UPS location (U.S.)
- International: Use tracked shipping (customer-paid)
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing
Refund Details
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment
- Deductions:
- Original shipping costs (unless defective)
- $8.95 restocking fee for non-faulty returns
